BREAD_OR_BREAD_ALTERNATIVEBread or Bread Alternative面包或面包替代品Foods can be found in the Grains Section of the Food Buying Guide and/or Exhibit A: School Lunch and Breakfast Whole Grain-Rich Ounce Equivalency for School Meal Programs. *Regulations on APP are fond in 7 CFR Parts 210, 220, 225, 226 Appendix A. The minimum creditable amount is 0.25 ounce equivalents. Crediting is expressed by rounding down to the nearest 0.25 ounce equivalent increment. MEAT_OR_MEAT_ALTERNATIVEMeat or Meat Alternative肉类或肉类替代品Foods can be found in the Meat/Meat Alternates Section of the Food Buying Guide.  The M/MA must be served in the main dish or in the main dish and one other menu item.  In order for a food to contribute to the M/MA component, it must contain a minimum of 0.25 oz.  Crediting for M/MA is expressed by rounding down to the nearest 0.25 oz.
