Definition：Identifies the hierarchical level of the packaging element, i.e. 1,2,3. For example: a bottle in a cardboard box displayed on a shelf. The level 1 hierarchical level is the bottle (plastic or glass), the 2 level would be the box (cardboard), and the 3 level would be the film around the pallet.
