priceActionCode(价格操作代码)

Definition：A code assigned by the Information Provider to indicate to the Party Receiving Private Data, the reason for sending the price information contained within the specified segment within the Price Synchronization Message. The Party Receiving Private Data is able to use this code to determine the nature of the action associated with each price component within each price type segment. For example the addition of a new record, the modification of an existing record or the correction of an existing record.
