Including: · Aerosol: Any non-refillable receptacle containing a gas compressed, liquefied or dissolved under pressure, the sole purpose of which is to expel a nonpoisonous (other than a Division 6.1 Package Group III Material) liquid, paste, or powder and fitted with a self-closing release device allowing the contents to be ejected by the gas. · Asphyxiant Gas: A gas, which dilutes or replaces the oxygen normally in the atmosphere. · Compressed Gas in Solution: A non-liquefied compressed gas, which is dissolved in a solvent. · Liquefied Compressed Gas: A gas, which when packaged under pressure for transportation is partially liquid at temperatures above -50° C (-58° F). A liquefied compressed gas is further categorized as follows: o High Pressure Liquefied Gas: A gas with a critical temperature between -50 °C (-58° F) and + 65° C (149° F). o Low Pressure Liquefied Gas: A gas with a critical temperature above + 65° C (149° F). · Non-Liquefied Compressed Gas: A gas, which when packaged under pressure for transportation is entirely gaseous at -50° C (-58° F) with a critical temperature less than or equal to -50° C (-58° F).
